4. What our priorities are and how we are doing

Harris Manchester College has the following strategy and performance information, plans, assessments, inspections and reviews:

a) Corporate Plan – to provide the best facilities possible for our students and staff. We are developing a Medical Institute and have other buildings and projects in order to achieve this aim.

b) Governing Body – the priorities of the Governing body are the welfare and academic life of the students and staff and to raise the necessary funds to ensure the future prosperity of the College.

f) The Strategic Plan of Harris Manchester College is dependent on fundraising to complete the building of a Medical Academy and various other projects

h) Conference of Colleges – Oxford’s 38 colleges and 6 Permanent Private Halls are both an integral part of the collegiate university and also independent, self-governing academic communities. The Conference of Colleges is where they come together to deal with matters of shared interest and common purpose
