We're delighted to open our doors on 13 September to the public and share our distinctive history and buildings.

A display of photographs and other materials will tell the story of the College's role in the D-Day landings of World War II when our dining hall (Arlosh Hall) became the centre of operations for the planning of Operation Overlord as well as other WWII activity.

Also open will be the Tate Library (with its glorious stained glass) and our small but perfectly formed gardens. Our newly renovated Chapel, with its pre-Raphaelite stained glass windows by Edward Burne-Jones and William Morris, will also be available to visit.

And if you're visiting HMC, why not drop in to some of the other openings in the area. Neighbouring colleges Mansfield, New College and Wadham will also be open, as well as the Dunn School of Pathology. You can also take part in a guided walk along the historic Love Lane, which has been closed to the public for 100 years.
