Oxford Next Horizons was a mid-life transition programme, developed by Harris Manchester in partnership with the Rhodes Trust.
The six-month programme was aimed at people with successful, established careers at a significant turning point in their lives and interested in figuring out what comes next. It gave participants a mix of world-class expertise, debate and discussion, and support for individual projects.
Following two very successful cohorts in 2024 and 2025, the programme is currently on pause while Harris Manchester considers possible future programming in this area as part of its wider mission for lifelong learning.
