Julia joined HMC in 2023 as our first ever qualified College Archivist. She welcomes all enquiries about the College's history and our unique archive collections. She is also the point of contact for anyone considering making a donation of historic papers, objects or photographs.
Julia has an academic background in the history of art, design, and architecture and her previous archive experience includes roles in the education, heritage and museum sectors. Before training in archive administration, Julia had a career in PR and corporate reputation management, handling strategic communications for government departments, FTSE100 companies, social enterprises, and charities.
