Alumni Relations and Development Team continues to grow

Lates addition to team will help boost alumni engagement

Our Alumni Relations and Development Team has recruited a new member. Dr Zoe Rucker joined the College in September as our new Stewardship and Alumni Relations Officer. Zoe was previously at Balliol College, where she held the position of Development and Alumni Relations Intern.

Zoe takes up her role alongside HMC’s Director of Alumni Relations and Development, Lisa Smars, who has been at the College since May. Both Zoe and Lisa are set to become familiar faces to our alumni, friends and supporters; they will be joined by HMC’s new Principal, Professor Beth Breeze, at a number of forthcoming events designed to engage and connect our community and keep them informed about our latest plans.

Lisa commented: “Zoe’s appointment is another important step forward as we continue to build a full Development Office for the first time in the College’s history. She will play a valuable role in boosting our alumni engagement – from helping to organise a more extensive events programme and increasing the frequency of our communications to simply welcoming more alumni back to HMC.”
