In November 2023, Professor Robert Klassen was appointed to the University’s Statutory Chair in Education, which is attached to a Professorial Fellowship at Harris Manchester College.
His research explores how motivation beliefs influence teacher effectiveness, applying theories and methods from educational and organisational psychology to strengthen the teacher workforce.
